Jewellery

If you make your own jewellery, backing cards are the second most important item you need to make after the products that you sell. Whether you use clay, beads, silver, acrylic or another medium to make your jewellery, you will need to display them in some way in order to sell them in shops or to package and post them out to online customers. For example, if you offer a pin of an animal, you can design a backing card that places the animal in its habitat - a tiger in the jungle or a cat on a sofa.

Iron-on patches and embroidered transfers can also be displayed on backing cards - if you have no way to attach the patches using holes or slits, you may want to consider glue dots as a solution, which are invisible on the packaging and won’t damage your product.

Backing cards are great for displaying keyrings as you can attach the ring part to the card using elastic through a hole, and even secure the keyring in place using glue dots or double sided tape. You can also offer hair clips to your customers that are easy to package using backing cards. It can be as simple as clipping the clips or grips to the side of the cards, or we offer 2 parallel vertical slits that you can easily attach hair grips to, to keep them secure on the card and prevent them being broken or lost.

Sticker decals are a great, unique product to add to your product list. They’re easy to design and allow you to offer a range of decals to suit anyone, with a range of uses. Car decals are an up-and-coming product which are getting more and more popular - be ahead of the trend and get designing! Think not only bumper stickers, but also stickers for mirrors and windows. Decals are also a great product to design as homeware - to stick on windows, mirrors, water bottles, laptops, the list is endless!

Once you’ve designed the product, you’ll need to think of packaging solutions. Backing cards are ideal for decals as you can design the backing cards to suit the stickers. If the decals are designed for car rearview mirrors, design the backing card as a mirror. If they’re designed for water bottles, design the backing card as a Stanley cup.

When will I receive my printed backing cards?

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days and sent with a next-day delivery courier. For example, if you ordered your boxes before midnight on Monday, your order would be printed and dispatched on Wednesday for a scheduled delivery on Thursday.

How much is delivery for personalised backing cards?

So that we can keep our printing prices low but our delivery quality high, we charge £4.95 for each complete order to be delivered. We use a fully tracked 24-hour delivery for this service. Some companies inflate the price of their products and then advertise "free delivery" when in reality, they include delivery in the price, which means you are paying delivery per item instead of per order.
