Delivery Information

When Will I Receive My Custom Packaging?

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after your order and sent with a next day delivery courier. For example if you order before midnight on Monday your order would be printed and dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Friday.

How much is delivery?

So that we can keep our individual product printing prices low but our delivery quality high, we charge £4.95 for each complete order to be delivered, we use a fully tracked 24hr delivery courier for this service. Some companies inflate the price of their products and then advertise "free delivery" where in reality, they include delivery in the product price which means, you are paying delivery per item instead of per order.

Can I print on the inside of my box as well as the outside?

Inside printing can be arranged depending on your design and box specification. Get in touch with our team to discuss your requirements and we'll confirm what's possible for your order.

What's the difference between matt, gloss and velvet lamination?

Matt gives your packaging a soft, non-reflective finish that feels premium to the touch. Gloss adds a shine that makes colours pop and works well for bold, eye-catching designs. Velvet (soft touch) has a smooth, tactile feel that's popular for high-end or luxury packaging. All three are available on every custom box we print.

Is there a maximum box size I can order?

Our online calculator covers a range of standard sizes, but if you need something larger or outside these dimensions, get in touch with our team and we'll see what we can do for your custom packaging.

Can I order a sample before committing to a full print run?

Yes, if you'd like to see and feel the board quality and finish for yourself before placing a full order, you can request a sample pack first.

What if I don't have my own design ready?

No problem, you can choose from our ready-made templates and personalise them to suit your brand, or use our Custom Design option if you'd like something built from scratch.
