At Banana Print we know just how important is it that print is delivered intact and on time. That's why we dispatch all orders using a next working day courier. Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary.

When will I receive my item?

Nearly all products are printed and dispatched the next working day but you can see what a products dispatch turnaround is in the banner on the product page. With our 24hr products for example, if you order on Monday before midnight your order will be printed and dispatched on Tuesday and scheduled for delivered on Wednesday, this is choosing our Standard production speed. Please note we do not currently offer any guaranteed delivery service (see Is my printing delivery guaranteed? below).

What if something goes wrong?

Banana Print does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us by email info@banana-print.co.uk detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the product/s as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.

Is my printing delivery guaranteed?

While Banana Print does everything within it's ability to get your order printed and dispatched on time once the order has left our premises we have no control over the delivery so can not be held responsible for orders not arriving on time. Please be aware that no refund will be given for late deliveries and take this into account when placing your order when you have a tight deadline.

Delayed Delivery  -  The 3 Most Common Reasons

1) Artwork does not correspond to number of printed sides requested. Please check you have purchased the right number of sides and your artwork corresponds to this. We always try to contact our customers if we believe they might have asked to have one side printed in error.

2) Address provided is incomplete. In order for us to arrange delivery we need the full address. This includes house name/number and postcode.

3) The artwork is poor quality or wrong size. We pride ourselves in producing quality products and aim for full customer satisfaction, which we do by using quality artwork. If there is any doubt you might not be happy with the result of the finished product then we will try and contact you to see if you can provide higher quality artwork.

Delivery Areas

Mainland UK

Your delivery will be sent via DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail, depending on size and weight of the item. The delivery service we use is at our discretion and your order will show the service used once dispatched.
Your order will be updated with a tracking number and you will receive an email or SMS message (if mobile number supplied) of the ETA of your items to make sure you are home when it arrives.

Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Some areas in Scotland may take up to 3 days for delivery.  

The following postcodes will incur an additional charge as they are not within the standard £4.95 delivery zone. IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Please contact us if you wish delivery to this area.

PLEASE NOTE:
Scottish Highlands and Islands are excluded from our Express Plus option as we are unable to delivery to this area before 12noon. You will be contacted if you select this option and have an address in the excluded areas.

Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands may incur an additional charge dependent on weight and size of the prodcuts ordered, please contact us for more information if you wish delivery to this area. These areas are excluded from our Express and Express Plus options.

PLEASE NOTE:  

Banana Print cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery if the recipient is not at their home or work place to receive the item.
If a delivery is attempted and failed you will need to contact the delivery company to rearrange delivery of the item or collection at a convenient time from the pick-up location.
